• 1. DETERMINING YOUR REQUIREMENTS
  
  During initial discussions we gather details about your company, your customers and project goals to determine requirements. We ask a lot of questions and look over your existing web site. We ask for your ideas while offering many of our own. 
  
  
• 2. ACQUIRING NECESSARY RESOURCES
  
  Our database driven e-commerce sites require the following accounts. As part of the project we set these up for you. The account fees are covered by the client. If you don't have these accounts already, we can offer advice on selecting appropriate vendors.
  • Web Hosting Account — host must meet database, ssl, and email requirements.
  • SSL Certificate — needed for secure transactions and account pages.
  • Merchant Bank Account — needed for credit card transaction deposits.
  • Payment Gateway — gateway needed for real-time credit card transactions.
    
    
• 3. DESIGN PHASE
  
  We will work directly with you or your existing web staff to design the user interface of the e-commerce application. In some cases we integrate the new functionality into existing web site designs and in others we create an entirely new web site. Development does not begin until the customer is satisfied with the design.
  
  
• 4. DEVELOPMENT PHASE

• 5. LAUNCH!
